Is the alternative hypothesis one sided or two sided?

In a (hypothetical) question such as "a study shows that on average, more than 45% of men go shopping. To test the claim a sample of 10 men were randomly selected, which revealed a mean of 50%, whilst the standard deviation was found to be 20%." Is the alternative hypothesis in this case one-sided or two-sided?|||This would be one-sided, because you are testing if MORE than 45% of men go shopping.

If it were "The percentage of men that go shopping DIFFERS SIGNIFICANTLY from 45%", that would be two-sided, because you don't care about whether the actual number is higher or lower.|||that would be one-sided.
