If i had the Hypothesis " the typical college student works at least 10 hours a week" (at a job), what would be the Alternative Hypothesis i could use?|||You do not have an initial hypothesis.

The function of a hypothesis is to explain a relationship in a way that is testable or falsifiable.
If you say the typical student works so incurs less loan debt by graduation but graduates with a lower GPA you could test this by surveying graduating students for their GPA, work history, and debt history to determine is your hypothesis was verified or falsified.
An alternative is that if the typical student works to gain experience or interns in their field then they incur less loan debt and graduate with a higher GPA.
